2. click on administrative templates
3. click on network (right hand side)
4. QoS Packet Schedular
5. click on Limit reservabe bandwidth
6. click on enable and in bandwidth limit box the value will be 20 ,,,,change it to 0
7. click on previous setting
8. click on enable and in bandwidth limit box some value will be there ,,,,change it to 0 9. and click apply and restart ur pc and fell the difference
